Kieringin Lomakylä Oy was founded in 2011. We wanted to meet the demand for a small idyllic rural tourism destination in Lapland. We have developed our destination with the idea of Kotoisa Lapinkylä , creating comfortable restaurant and accommodation services, a village shop, a fuel station, a caravan area and a small, comfortable hotel.

We hope that with our cheerful attitude, elegant setting, good food and service, we will remain in our guests’ memories, so that they will return to us again.

Our specialty is a living village environment that has survived the war and has developed into this place over 300 years. The area is recognized as a nationally significant landscape area. We have renovated our restaurant and accommodation facilities while respecting the original construction and we believe we have succeeded brilliantly.

We are further developing our services by offering program services based on originality and authenticity in our homely Lapland village.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!

The idyllic village of Kierinki is regarded as nationally significant landscapes area in the Finish Lapland.
Our specialty is the living village environment that has survived from the war, which has been inhabited since Middle Age. First Finnish farms were founded in the late 18th century. Before that here lives forest sami people.

Kierinki Village is located in the middle of Lapland, way into the wilderness but still close to everything. The closest airport is located in Kittilä, which is 90 km away. Rovaniemi is the nearest city and its airport and railway station are 120 km away.

We offer our guests Lappish experiences in a beautiful original setting, in our own genuine way. Dog sled, reindeer safaris, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing and kick sledding can be arranged by us.

Northern LIghts can be experienced in the yard of our guest house, but an unforgettable experiences can be sought in the wilderness, where the only light is from the stars, the Milky Way and the northern lights.
